All back bends stimulate the central nervous system and increase its ability to bear stress. They help to relieve one from stress, tension, and nervous exhaustion. These asanas stimulate and energize the body.
Do not be afraid by 3hrs of practise. There will be lots of explanation, individual alignment approach for each student and simple breath awareness at the end.
